These two bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms apartments are located on the fifth floor of the Casuarina Shores apartment complex. Located within 100 meters of Bang Tao beach, they are available for holiday rentals. Casuarina Shores is a low level residential apartment complex completed in April 2008. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 5 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with lush, landscaped tropical gardens. Each building is provided with an elevator.
The apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All apartments are approximately 125 square meters in size with spacious balconies. The master bedroom is located towards the front of the apartment with views over the inner gardens and large family pool. The Bathrooms are en suite for the master Bedroom and Guest bedroom and the master bathroom contains a sunken granite bath.
The development has a large family swimming pool at its centre and there is also a large lap-pool adjacent to the superbly-equipped gymnasium, sauna and change-rooms.
The apartments listed are privately owned and are made available for rent according to Phuket Apartment Holidays' standards for furnishing and services. The apartments are fully furnished and appointed to include linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been privately decorated and include a minimum of internet, satellite TV and DVD facilities. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans is standard but large sliding glass doors and patios allow for a fresh air option.
The Penthouse apartments have large private rooftop areas with sail-covered timber deck and outdoor furnishings in addition to their balconies, providing beautiful views of the surrounding mountain range. All Penthouses have their own private tiled plunge-pools.
